When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed on a 1-3 business day schedule. During peak/sale periods, orders are processed on a 3-5 business day schedule.
When will my order ship?
All orders are shipped within 1 business day of the order being processed. When the order is processed, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders delivered within the Kenya can take anywhere from 1-5 business days depending on your location. This estimate is only applicable if there are no delays with DHL.
Orders shipped outside Kenya can take 7-30 business days to arrive depending on your location. This estimate is only applicable if there are no delays with DHL. Duties and taxes may apply and must be paid by the customer before delivery. It is recommended to check with your local customs office for estimates.
